At the 2026 Coachella Music Festival, Camila Cabello delivered an unexpected performance that captivated the audience. On April 12, the 29-year-old singer energized the stage with her passionate presence, surprising fans when she joined Young Thug for a dynamic rendition of “Havana” during his set.
Fans expressed their excitement on social media, with one writing, “I’M GAGGED. SHE’S NOT PLAYING AROUND,” while another declared, “She’s BACK.” This marked the first time the duo performed the track together since their 2019 Grammy Awards appearance, where their live version was nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance. Prior to that, they had also performed “Havana” at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Notably, the “Shameless” singer had been hinting at new music, sharing studio photos and a cryptic message, “see cuz i relate cuz I am also in the middle of Miami,” just a month before her surprise Coachella appearance.
Earlier this year, Cabello faced a challenging moment during her Asia tour when a wardrobe malfunction occurred while performing in Taiwan. A video circulating on TikTok shows her holding her pink corset top, which had come undone, as she continued performing “Chanel No. 5” in Kaohsiung. Despite the mishap, a crew member quickly assisted in securing the corset, allowing her to return to the stage and carry on without missing a beat.
