Travis Kelce Shares Sweet Moment Before Signing $57M Deal

Travis Kelce shared a heartfelt moment involving Taylor Swift just before finalizing a significant contract extension. On Sunday, March 23, the NFL star posted a video on the Kansas City Chiefs’ official Instagram account, walking through Arrowhead Stadium and greeting the familiar surroundings with the words, “Home sweet home!” As he passed framed photos of major concerts held at the venue, Kelce paused when he spotted an image from Swift’s Eras Tour stop. He waved and said warmly, “Hey sweetie, how are you?”

Later in the video, Kelce was seen signing his contract, providing fans with an exclusive glimpse into his routine. This moment coincided with Kelce securing a one-year, $12 million deal to remain with the Kansas City Chiefs, marking his 14th NFL season. He has openly credited Swift’s support as a key factor in his decision to continue playing.

Earlier this month on The Pat McAfee Show, Kelce expressed his passion for football, stating, “We share the same love for what we do, and we’ve had this… desire. I’m still in love with this game… I still love going to work, putting on the pads, grinding it out and just playing the game, you know.” He added, “And I think my best opportunity was playing for the Chiefs yet again. I can’t wait to get back in the building.”
