Rana Sanaullah, the prime minister’s adviser on political affairs, said on Friday that political parties refusing to join the campaign to eliminate terrorism from the country will be “minus”. He stressed that the entire nation should unite against the menace.
Asked about the long-term political future of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and whether PTI would keep a role in the province, the PML-N senator said, “Those who do not join the agenda to eliminate terrorism will be minus.”

Sanaullah links terrorism fight to funding and amendment
Sanaullah said eliminating terrorism was the government’s top priority and that people’s lives could not improve until the menace ended. He added that any political party that did not stand fully with the security forces would also be sidelined.
He further said Governor Kundi had sought Rs160 billion for the province, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the request immediately. On the proposed 28th Constitutional Amendment, Sanaullah said no discussions had taken place and no draft had been presented.
