In a significant development on Tuesday, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted a successful operation in Lower Dir, resulting in the deaths of six militants. The operation was launched based on intelligence reports indicating the militants’ presence in the area.
Security forces surrounded the suspected militant hideout, which led to a fierce exchange of gunfire between the militants and law enforcement personnel.
