Pakistan’s Armed Forces have extended warm congratulations to the nation on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day. They reaffirmed their steadfast commitment to protect the country’s sovereignty, uphold the Constitution, and safeguard national interests.
The joint message was conveyed by Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, representing the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
In a significant development, the military leadership paid homage to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founding fathers, and all those whose sacrifices led to Pakistan’s creation.
