In a distressing incident that unfolded on Sunday in Islamabad, a man ended his own life after fatally shooting his wife, a well-known TikTok personality. The tragic event took place within the jurisdiction of the Humak police station, where law enforcement officers rushed to the scene following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered the woman deceased and the man critically injured from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

The deceased woman was identified as Sana Javed, a resident of Attock who had gained popularity on social media under the pseudonym “Out Lofera,” where she created content primarily in the Pashto language. Her husband, Muhammad Sadiq, was found at the scene with a severe gunshot injury and was later pronounced dead at a nearby medical facility. This sequence of events has shocked many in the local community and among her followers online.

the initial investigation documented in the First Information Report (FIR), it appears that Muhammad Sadiq shot Sana Javed before turning the firearm on himself. Authorities revealed that Sadiq had a background in law enforcement, having previously served as a constable with the Attock Police, though he had been dismissed from service prior to this incident. This detail adds a complex layer to the case, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding his dismissal and any potential impact on the couple’s relationship.

Police officials have also disclosed that the couple had a history marked by frequent domestic conflicts, which likely escalated to the fatal confrontation. Domestic violence remains a critical issue in many households, and this case tragically highlights the devastating consequences when such disputes spiral out of control. The shooting is believed to have been the culmination of ongoing tensions between the two.

Law enforcement agencies have registered a formal case and are conducting a thorough investigation to uncover all the facts surrounding this heartbreaking episode. The authorities are examining the couple’s background, the nature of their disputes, and any other factors that may have contributed to this fatal outcome. Meanwhile, the community mourns the loss of a young woman who had carved out a niche for herself in the digital world, as well as the tragic end to a troubled marriage.
