Squad blends wicketkeepers, batters and bowlers
Wicketkeeper-batters Abdul Qadir and Hamza Zahoor have been selected, alongside specialist batters Usman Khan, Hayam Khan, Jahangir Bilal and Huzaifa Ahsan. Ahmed Hussain and Hasnain Abbas Dar will offer all-round support.
The pace attack includes Abdul Subhan, Mohammad Seyam, Ali Raza and Rizwanullah. Left-arm wrist-spinner Mohammad Huzaifa and left-arm spinner Niqab Shafiq will lead the spin department.
Selectors keep most of the England series team
The selectors kept most of the group that beat England 3-1 in a four-match Youth ODI series in September. Only Ali Raza and Huzaifa Ahsan were not part of that series squad.
Shahid Anwar serves as head coach and team manager. Rao Iftikhar Anjum is fast-bowling coach, Zohaib Khan spin-bowling coach and Humayun Farhat fielding coach. Ubaid Ullah is the physiotherapist, Ibrar Ahmed the trainer and Ali Hamza the performance analyst.
