Mahnoor Safdar, daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, is scheduled to solemnize her nikah today at the Sharif family’s residence in Jati Umra. The ceremony will be an intimate gathering, attended by close family members and invited guests, emphasizing the private nature of this significant family event.

Mahnoor is set to marry Azan Jabbar, son of prominent businessman Jabbar Khalid. This wedding comes shortly after Mahnoor completed her graduation in Anthropology from SOAS University of London. Earlier this month, Maryam Nawaz traveled to London to attend her youngest daughter’s graduation ceremony, describing it as a moment of great pride and joy for the family.

In remarks made during the graduation, the Punjab Chief Minister expressed that witnessing her children’s educational achievements is the greatest source of pride for any parent. She noted that all three of her children have now successfully completed their higher education.

Mahnoor, the youngest child of Maryam Nawaz and Captain Muhammad Safdar, pursued her studies at SOAS University from 2023 to 2026. Notably, the family recently celebrated another high-profile wedding when Mahnoor’s brother, Junaid Safdar, married Shanzeh Ali Rohale in January. That event featured multi-day festivities held at various locations, including the Jati Umra estate.
