A senior official from the Balochistan government condemned the group known as “Fitna al-Hindustan” for escalating violence by targeting women, teachers, and civilians across the province. This statement came after a female police constable was killed in a brutal attack.

Assistant Home Minister Babar Yousufzai revealed that the policewoman, identified as Shakila, was murdered in front of her children in what he described as a deliberate act of terrorism. He emphasized that killing an officer in the presence of her family was a clear demonstration of the militants’ ruthless and cowardly nature.

Yousufzai highlighted that such attacks on women and children expose the terrorists’ complete disregard for human life and dignity. He praised the sacrifices of Balochistan police personnel, affirming that the constable’s death would not be in vain.

In a significant development, Yousufzai stressed the unity between security forces and the local community in combating militancy. He assured that operations against armed groups would persist to restore stability in the region.

He further accused the militants of attempting to instill fear and disrupt peace by targeting educators, aiming to deprive Baloch youth of education. Earlier the same day, Professor Ghamkhor Hayat was killed in a separate incident, which Yousufzai described as part of a broader campaign against education and public life.

The official affirmed that the people of Balochistan reject violence and the agenda of chaos and ignorance promoted by these groups. He reiterated the government’s commitment to continuing efforts to bring peace and security to the province.
