Islamabad Traffic Police have announced a temporary traffic diversion plan affecting major city routes, including the Express Highway and Srinagar Highway, as part of ongoing traffic management efforts. These measures will be enforced at various times throughout the day to regulate vehicle movement.

The police spokesperson highlighted that these diversions may cause intermittent disruptions on these critical corridors, potentially leading to delays for daily travelers. Commuters are advised to allocate extra travel time to avoid inconvenience during these periods.

Traffic officers will be stationed along the impacted routes to oversee vehicle flow and facilitate smoother movement wherever possible. The authorities stressed that these steps are designed to enhance road safety and reduce congestion during peak traffic hours.

Motorists are urged to comply with instructions from traffic personnel and remain patient while passing through the affected zones. The police also reassured the public that field teams are actively engaged on-site to assist drivers and minimize any disturbances.

For continuous updates and further details, commuters are encouraged to follow the official WhatsApp channel of Islamabad Traffic Police.
