Separately, the NCCIA rescued a 13-year-old girl in Karachi from a suspected dark web-linked network, officials said a day earlier. The network allegedly ordered her to poison a cat and then seriously harm herself. The agency acted on intelligence shared by an international agency, which provided internet protocol (IP) addresses linked to the group.
