Federal Minister for Interior Affairs, Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, conveyed his heartfelt Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the people of Pakistan, emphasizing the deep spiritual significance of this blessed occasion. He reflected on how Eid-ul-Fitr serves as a poignant reminder of the virtues cultivated throughout the holy month of Ramazan, including patience, devotion, and self-sacrifice. These values, he noted, are essential not only for personal growth but also for fostering a compassionate society.

In his Eid message, the interior minister underscored the importance of empathy and generosity, urging citizens to remember those less fortunate during this festive time. He highlighted that the true essence of Eid lies in sharing joy and extending kindness to the underprivileged, thereby strengthening social bonds and nurturing a sense of community. Naqvi, the festival is an opportunity to bring people closer, transcending differences and promoting harmony.

Turning to the broader context, Naqvi acknowledged the numerous challenges confronting the Muslim world today, both regionally and globally. He stressed that in these turbulent times, the Muslim ummah must embrace unity, solidarity, and mutual support more than ever before. He called upon individuals to cultivate compassion and understanding in their everyday interactions, fostering a spirit of cooperation that can help overcome adversity.

Paying solemn tribute to Pakistan’s martyrs, the minister expressed profound respect for those who have laid down their lives for the nation’s peace and security. He praised their unwavering dedication and sacrifice, which have paved the way for a safer and more stable Pakistan. Naqvi assured that the sacrifices made by these brave individuals and their families will forever hold a place of honor and gratitude in the hearts of the Pakistani people.

Furthermore, the interior minister recognized the tireless efforts of security personnel who remain stationed away from their families during Eid, vigilantly protecting the country’s borders and maintaining internal peace. He acknowledged their commitment and resilience, highlighting their crucial role in safeguarding the nation’s stability during this sacred time.

Concluding his message, Naqvi urged all citizens to remember in their prayers the Muslims around the world who are enduring hardship and oppression. He prayed that Allah Almighty grants them relief and fortifies the unity and strength of the global Muslim community. He also sought divine acceptance of the fasts and prayers offered during Ramazan, invoking blessings of peace, prosperity, and progress for Pakistan and its people.
