In a remarkable surge of tourism activity, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has welcomed over 1.2 million visitors to its prominent tourist destinations within a span of just six days. This impressive influx highlights the growing appeal of the province’s natural beauty and cultural heritage as a preferred travel destination.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Authority reported that Swat Valley emerged as the most popular spot, drawing more than 533,000 tourists during this period. Known for its lush landscapes, historical sites, and serene environment, Swat continues to captivate both domestic and international travelers alike.

Following closely, the picturesque regions of Naran Kaghan attracted upwards of 272,000 tourists, while the scenic Kumrat Valley saw approximately 251,700 visitors. These areas are renowned for their breathtaking mountain views, crystal-clear rivers, and vibrant local culture, making them key highlights in KP’s tourism portfolio.

Meanwhile, Galiyat also experienced a significant number of tourists, with over 231,000 people exploring its cool climate and pine-covered hills. This strong turnout across multiple destinations underscores the province’s status as a major hub for nature tourism and adventure seekers. The recent visitor statistics reflect not only the natural allure of KP but also the efforts made to improve accessibility and tourist facilities throughout the region.
