The Sindh government has declared that Matriculation exam results will be released by July 10, while Intermediate exam results are scheduled for publication by July 31, as confirmed by the Education Department spokesperson on Thursday.

This announcement followed a comprehensive meeting of all education boards in Sindh, chaired by the Provincial Minister for Universities and Boards, Ismail Rahoo. The session reviewed the annual Matric and Intermediate examinations conducted across the province.

Representatives from all education boards provided detailed reports on the exams held in their respective divisions. Minister Rahoo instructed that Matric results be made available in all Sindh divisions by July 10, with Intermediate results to follow by July 31.

Additionally, officials disclosed that results for Class 9 and Class 11 will be issued by August 31. Emphasizing the importance of timely result announcements, the minister highlighted that prompt publication is essential for facilitating student admissions without delay.

In a significant development, Rahoo assured that every effort would be made to enhance transparency, uphold merit, and strengthen the examination system within the education boards.

Meanwhile, the meeting was informed about legal actions taken against several individuals for violating Section 144 during the examination period in Karachi. The annual exams commenced in April and are expected to conclude by mid-June.

Notably, these examinations have been marred by controversies, including widespread allegations of bribery, paper leaks, and serious administrative shortcomings, raising concerns over the integrity of the process.
