Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Antalya, Turkiye, marking the third stop on his ongoing tri-nation diplomatic tour. This visit follows his recent trips to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, where he engaged in high-level discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and exploring avenues for cooperation.

Upon arrival in Antalya, the prime minister was warmly welcomed at the airport by Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin. The reception also included Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkiye, Yousuf Junaid, along with other senior officials, highlighting the significance of this visit in enhancing diplomatic ties between the two countries.

During his stay in Antalya, PM Shehbaz is scheduled to participate in the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum, a prominent international event that gathers global leaders, diplomats, and policymakers to discuss pressing international issues and foster dialogue. His engagement at the forum is expected to provide an opportunity to address key regional and global challenges, as well as to promote Pakistan’s foreign policy objectives on a broader platform.

In a significant development, this leg of the tour underscores Pakistan’s commitment to expanding its diplomatic outreach in the Middle East and beyond. The prime minister’s itinerary reflects a strategic effort to build stronger partnerships and secure support for Pakistan’s economic and geopolitical interests. Further updates on the visit and outcomes of the forum will be provided as the story develops.
