Amitabh Bachchan’s Humorous Advice to Husbands Goes Viral

Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a humorous piece of advice for married men that quickly gained popularity on social media. During an episode of his quiz show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (KBC), the veteran actor offered a witty “formula” for husbands to keep their married lives harmonious.

He suggested that husbands should simply acknowledge their mistakes whenever their wives are upset or during disagreements. In his signature humorous style, Bachchan joked that failing to admit fault or arguing back might lead to objects like shoes, slippers, or rolling pins being thrown their way.

While the comments were made in jest, reflecting common stereotypes about married life, the underlying message carries a more serious note. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that approximately 840 million women worldwide—nearly one in three—have faced physical or sexual violence from an intimate partner at some point in their lives.

In light of this, Amitabh emphasized that the smartest approach for husbands is to avoid escalating conflicts by quietly accepting when they are wrong. He added that “silence is the best option” when a wife is angry.

Additionally, the actor offered another humorous tip: husbands might forget any date except their wedding anniversary. Forgetting this special day, he joked, could provoke reactions ranging from flying shoes and slippers to rolling pins.

He also warned that wives often quiz their husbands with questions like, “Do you remember when we got married?” and getting the date wrong could lead to serious consequences.

These lighthearted insights into married life have resonated with many viewers, with clips of Bachchan’s remarks widely circulated and discussed across social media platforms.
