In a significant development within the Islamabad police hierarchy, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Operations Jawad Tariq has been relieved of his duties. The notification further stated that Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Captain (retd) Ali Raza, has been entrusted with the additional responsibilities of DIG Operations Islamabad.
