In a tragic incident in Quetta’s Killi Mian Khan Jadeed neighborhood, two children lost their lives and a third sustained critical injuries after an explosive device disguised as a toy detonated on Tuesday. The explosion took place near Madressah Imdadiya, causing immediate alarm and drawing law enforcement personnel to the scene.
Authorities revealed that the children had discovered the suspicious object outside and brought it home, unaware of its dangerous nature. While playing with the device, it suddenly exploded, resulting in the instant death of two children and leaving the third in critical condition. Following the blast, the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) arrived promptly to secure the area and conduct a thorough investigation.
