Spanish pop sensation Rosalía was forced to halt her concert in Milan due to a severe bout of food poisoning. The incident occurred on Wednesday at the Unipol Forum in Milan, Italy, where she was performing as part of her ongoing international tour.

In a heartfelt video shared on social media, Rosalía explained that she had been struggling with illness from the start of the show. She revealed, “I tried to do this show from the very beginning, even though I’ve been sick.” The singer, known for her hit “LA FAMA,” described the severity of her condition, stating, “I’ve had really severe food poisoning, and I tried to push through until the end, but I’m feeling extremely unwell. I’ve been throwing up backstage, and I really want to give the best show, and I’m basically on the floor trying my best.” She added that although she was willing to continue, there was a point where she might have to stop due to her physical state.

Notably, Rosalía expressed her determination despite the pain, saying, “I’m extremely sick, and I’m really trying, I’ll push as much as I can, but if we have to stop, we might have to if I physically can’t continue. I’m in pain.” Ultimately, the 33-year-old artist made the difficult decision to end the performance early, stating, “I’ve tried by all means to continue the show until the end, but I’m really unwell, and I can’t do it.”

Rosalía launched her Lux Tour on March 18, marking her fourth international concert tour. This unexpected health setback in Milan highlights the challenges artists face while touring globally.
