Peskov said on Saturday, citing the TASS and RIA Novosti agencies, that Putin had received certain US proposals on de-escalation measures. Separately, US, Ukrainian and European officials gathered in Miami on Friday in a renewed diplomatic push, as Washington seeks a way out of the impasse.
