PARCO Gunvor Limited has won the Blue Dragon for Best Campaign of Pakistan at Dragons of Asia 2026, along with a Gold Dragon in the Small Budget Category. The awards recognise its International Women’s Day campaign, #SplitTheTimeTax. The win is presented as a first for an OMC in Pakistan to take home a Blue Dragon.
The company said the recognition marks a significant milestone, reflecting its growing focus on purpose-led communication, cultural relevance and creative innovation. The campaign also received a nomination for Best Campaign in Asia.
How the #SplitTheTimeTax campaign highlighted women’s unseen work
Developed under PGL’s Bangles of Strength platform, the campaign aimed to draw attention to the unrecognised burden of invisible labour carried by women. It used the familiar sound of glass bangles as a symbol of a ticking clock, effort and unseen work.
Bangles, often seen as an accessory linked to femininity, became a creative device to highlight hours of work that often go unnoticed. The campaign also urged households and communities to share responsibilities through its call to action, arguing that meaningful progress depends on collective participation.
PARCO Gunvor’s stated focus on women and sustainable value
Describing itself as a progressive energy and mobility company, PARCO Gunvor Limited said it remains committed to championing progress, empowering women and creating lasting value across Pakistan. It cited a focus on innovation, inclusion, sustainability and customer experience.
PGL said it seeks to go beyond conventional mobility solutions and play a meaningful role in uplifting the communities it serves. The company added that progress begins when awareness turns into action, so that women’s contributions are recognised and their participation drives lasting change.
