The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced a significant shift in its result card distribution process, discontinuing the issuance of physical result cards for intermediate examinations starting from the 2026 annual exams.
Under this new system, students will receive their result cards exclusively in digital format. The board has already notified all affiliated educational institutions about this transition. For regular candidates, their digital result cards have been uploaded directly to their respective institutions’ portals. Meanwhile, private candidates can access and download their result cards from the official BISE Lahore website.
Each digital result card will feature a QR code, enabling online verification of the document’s authenticity. This innovation aims to enhance security and prevent forgery. Additionally, BISE Lahore has ceased the printing and postal dispatch of physical result cards, a move expected to save the board millions of rupees by reducing printing and distribution expenses.
Currently, the BISE Lahore website provides online access to download result cards for the Intermediate Part-II First Annual Examination 2026, reflecting the board’s commitment to digital transformation and cost efficiency.
