    Saimoni Vunilagi, a rugby player from Fiji, tragically died in Japan following a suspected heatstroke incident. The athlete was hospitalized after experiencing symptoms during a team training session on Monday. Despite medical intervention, Vunilagi succumbed to his condition on Friday. The incident occurred amid unusually high temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius, which posed significant health risks to athletes training outdoors.
