Security forces eliminated 11 militants in separate operations conducted across Balochistan’s southwestern districts of Panjgur and Chagai, officials confirmed on Saturday. These actions were part of the ongoing Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 aimed at dismantling militant networks in the region.
In Panjgur’s Gwargo area, five militants were killed, and a significant cache of weapons and ammunition was seized during the operation. Meanwhile, in Chagai district, security forces killed six militants in the Aminabad and Siahn Ching localities, also recovering arms and ammunition from the militants.
Authorities emphasized that security operations are still underway, with a firm commitment to continue until the militant threat is fully neutralized. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi commended the efforts of the security personnel, highlighting their success in disrupting militant plans and reinforcing the nation’s dedication to safeguarding its security.
Naqvi further stated that the Pakistani people stand united with the security forces in combating militancy. He affirmed that operations targeting groups identified as Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khawarij will persist with full intensity to ensure lasting peace and stability in the region.
