Jemima Goldsmith has tied the knot with Irish-Australian financier Cameron O’Reilly, more than twenty years after her divorce from former Pakistan Prime Minister and PTI chairman Imran Khan. The couple exchanged vows over the weekend, confirming their union.

The marriage was publicly acknowledged by Goldsmith’s family, with her sister-in-law Jemima Jones sharing a celebratory photo on Instagram, describing the day as joyous and highlighting her delight at attending the event.

Goldsmith and O’Reilly’s relationship had been kept largely private. They reportedly met through their involvement in film and documentary projects and had been romantically linked for about a year before their engagement was revealed earlier this year. Friends noted that their connection evolved from a longstanding friendship into a romantic relationship.

Cameron O’Reilly, aged 62, is the son of the late Irish media tycoon and former international rugby player Sir Anthony O’Reilly. An Oxford alumnus, he initially worked within his father’s media enterprises before transitioning into private equity. He founded Bayard Capital and acquired the Swiss smart-meter firm Landis+Gyr, serving as its CEO until its $2.3 billion sale to Toshiba in 2011. O’Reilly is a father of four, while Goldsmith has two sons, Sulaiman and Kasim, from her previous marriage.

Goldsmith’s first marriage was to Imran Khan in 1995, when she was 20 and he was a former cricket captain. Their marriage lasted nine years, ending in 2004, after which she returned to the UK with their children. Despite their separation, Goldsmith has remained publicly supportive of Khan, who has been imprisoned in Pakistan since 2023 amid multiple convictions he claims are politically motivated.

Meanwhile, Goldsmith and her sons continue to advocate for Khan’s release, raising concerns about his health and prison conditions, although Pakistani officials reject allegations of mistreatment.

This new chapter in Goldsmith’s life follows the passing of her mother, Lady Annabel Goldsmith, nearly a year ago. Her father, billionaire Sir James Goldsmith, died in 1997. Family members had met O’Reilly prior to the wedding and welcomed him into their circle.
