The Ministry for Religious Affairs of Pakistan has mandated that all pilgrims participating in Hajj 2026 complete a medical questionnaire through the “Pak Hajj” mobile application. The deadline for submission is set for Friday, March 27, 2026.

Officials have emphasized that every pilgrim must fill out this health form within the specified timeframe. The questionnaire aims to assist authorities in delivering coordinated and enhanced healthcare services during the pilgrimage.

Pilgrims will be required to answer a series of health-related questions with simple “yes” or “no” responses. The form covers critical medical conditions including blood pressure issues, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and thyroid disorders.

In a significant development, authorities have cautioned that failure to submit the medical form on time may lead to complications in travel arrangements, potentially affecting the pilgrims’ journey.

Meanwhile, the Pak Hajj app continues to receive regular updates to improve user experience. Recently, a direct link for printing Hajj 2026 visas was added, and pilgrims can now also access their complete flight schedules through the application.

New features and information are being introduced gradually in the app to keep pilgrims well-informed. The Ministry for Religious Affairs has urged all pilgrims to frequently check the Pak Hajj app for the latest announcements and essential instructions related to Hajj 2026.
