Cher’s Son Elijah Blue Allman Arrested Twice Within Days in New Hampshire Incidents

Elijah Blue Allman, the 49-year-old son of iconic singer Cher and the late Gregg Allman, has found himself in legal trouble once again after being arrested for the second time in just a few days. The latest arrest took place in New Hampshire, where authorities apprehended him on Sunday following allegations of breaking into a private residence. This recent incident has added to a series of troubling events involving the musician, who has openly battled substance abuse issues over the years.

Law enforcement officials from the Windham Police Department confirmed that Allman was taken into custody on charges that include felony burglary and breach of bail conditions. Additionally, he faces two counts of criminal mischief related to the damage caused during the alleged break-in. At his arraignment on Monday, the court ordered that he be held on preventative detention, reflecting the seriousness of the accusations against him.

Details surrounding the break-in reveal a tense situation inside the home. It is reported that an unnamed woman present at the residence was forced to hide in a closet out of fear when Allman entered the property. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found him calmly sitting on a couch in the living room, smoking a cigarette. Although nothing was reported stolen from the house, officials noted that Allman caused significant damage, including approximately $1,700 worth of harm to a door and an additional $1,000 in damage to a rug, allegedly by dropping a lit cigarette on it.

This arrest follows closely on the heels of another incident just days earlier. On the previous Friday, Allman was detained in Concord, New Hampshire, after police responded to reports of a disturbance at St. Paul’s School. Officers arrived around 7 p.m. to find a suspect reportedly behaving belligerently and causing a scene. The Concord Police Department charged him with multiple offenses, including two counts of simple assault, criminal threatening, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. He was subsequently taken to Merrimack County Jail but was released on personal recognizance, with a court date set for a later time.

Elijah Blue Allman’s recent run-ins with the law have brought renewed attention to his ongoing personal challenges. As the son of Cher and Gregg Allman, both legendary figures in the music world, he has often been in the public eye, not only for his artistic endeavors but also for his struggles with addiction and mental health. These incidents underscore the difficulties he continues to face and highlight the complex nature of his situation.

As the legal proceedings unfold, many will be watching closely to see how Allman navigates these charges and whether he can find the support needed to overcome his personal battles. Meanwhile, the community and fans alike hope for a resolution that prioritizes his well-being and safety moving forward.
