Daryl McCormack is set to star alongside Dakota Fanning and Stellan Skarsgard in an upcoming Apple TV+ thriller series, marking a notable addition to the streaming platform’s growing slate of original content. This new project, produced by Sony Pictures Television, promises a gripping narrative centered on high-stakes corporate intrigue and personal conflict.

The series follows an undercover Treasury agent who infiltrates a vast international conglomerate worth billions. As she delves deeper into her mission, she finds herself caught in a complex emotional struggle when she develops unexpected feelings for Kar, the reluctant heir to the powerful family empire. McCormack, the 33-year-old Irish actor known for his compelling performances, will portray Kar, while Stellan Skarsgard takes on the role of Brandt, the formidable head of the global corporation.

Created by Alex Cary, who also serves as an executive producer, the series brings together an impressive team behind the scenes. Alongside Cary, executive producers include Julie Gardner of Bad Wolf America, Dakota and Elle Fanning, and Brittany Kahan Ward from Lewellen Pictures, known for projects like Margo’s Got Money Troubles and The Great. The project is directed by Kari Skogland, who also holds an executive producer credit, with Amy Kaufman contributing to the production.

This collaboration highlights Apple TV+’s commitment to delivering high-quality, suspenseful dramas featuring strong performances and intricate storytelling. With a talented cast and experienced creative team, the series is poised to captivate audiences and add a fresh dimension to the thriller genre on the platform.
