    Sindh Enforces Zero-Tolerance on Exam Cheating with Lifetime Ban Threat

    The Sindh government has announced a stringent crackdown on cheating during matriculation and intermediate board examinations, warning students that those caught using dishonest methods could face a lifetime ban from all future board exams.

    In a joint declaration, Sindh Universities Minister Ismail Rahoo and Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah confirmed the implementation of a zero-tolerance policy aimed at eliminating malpractice in board exams.

    the new regulations, any student found cheating will have their entire examination cancelled and may be permanently barred from participating in subsequent board examinations. The ministers emphasized that this measure is designed to uphold the integrity of the examination system.

    Furthermore, staff members involved in facilitating cheating will be dismissed from their positions. Disciplinary proceedings will also be initiated against invigilators, internal and external exam personnel, and administrative officials found to be complicit in any malpractice.

    Students caught with mobile phones or any unauthorized materials during exams will be immediately removed from the examination hall. The authorities have also pledged to enhance surveillance and monitoring at examination centers to prevent any unfair practices.

    In a significant development, officials stated that any attempts to interfere with the examination process will be dealt with firmly as part of ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and fairness within the board examination system.
