Court Denies Bail to Hamza Ali Abbasi’s Sister in Financial Cases

In Islamabad, a special central court dismissed the interim bail application of TikTok personality Fazeela Abbasi, sister of actor Hamza Ali Abbasi, in connection with allegations involving money laundering, hawala/hundi, and suspicious financial transactions. Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar rejected the bail plea due to her failure to appear in court. Additionally, the court denied her request for medical exemption and subsequently issued a detailed written order outlining its decision.

The ruling highlighted that the petitioner had intentionally misused the relief previously granted under pre-arrest bail. The court noted that the bail application had been pending since January 13, 2026, and emphasized that no restraining order had been issued by the Islamabad High Court in this matter. It further clarified that any earlier relief was linked to a stay order in a separate case and was not applicable to the current proceedings.

Following the dismissal of the interim bail, legal action against Fazeela Abbasi is expected to proceed without delay.

Meanwhile, Hamza Ali Abbasi and his wife Naimal Khawar Khan are focusing on the launch of their new dating app, Marriage4life. The couple shared a joint post on their official account promoting the app, captioned “@marriage4life.app.” In a separate video, Hamza Ali Abbasi explained that the app has established ground offices in multiple cities including the UK, Norway, Paris, Denmark, and Lahore. These offices provide not only matchmaking services but also pre-marriage and post-marriage consultations.

Developed with a dedicated team across Europe, Marriage4life is accessible via Apple, Android, and web platforms. The couple aims to alleviate societal pressures by offering a safer, intention-driven platform designed for individuals serious about marriage. They emphasized that in an era dominated by casual swipes and fleeting connections, their app focuses on fostering meaningful relationships by enabling users to interact with genuine people rather than artificial intelligence.
