Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Declares It Will Determine War’s End Amid Rising Tensions

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has delivered a forceful rebuttal to recent statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump concerning the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The IRGC spokesperson dismissed the American leader’s remarks as lacking substance and significance, signaling Tehran’s firm stance that the resolution of the war will be decided solely by Iran itself.

In a detailed statement addressing the current geopolitical turmoil, the spokesperson underscored that it is Iran, rather than the United States, that holds the authority to determine when and how the conflict will conclude. This declaration highlights the shifting power dynamics in the region, where Tehran’s military forces now play a pivotal role in shaping the future political and security landscape.

Furthermore, the IRGC issued a stern warning regarding energy security in the region, a critical concern given the Middle East’s role as a global oil supplier. The spokesperson cautioned that if attacks by the U.S. and Israel continue, Iran will take drastic measures to block the export of oil, threatening to halt even a single liter from leaving the region. This threat underscores the strategic leverage Iran believes it holds over global energy markets amid escalating hostilities.

Emphasizing the need for collective security, the IRGC representative insisted that peace and stability in the region must be inclusive and comprehensive. The message was clear: security arrangements should either benefit all parties involved or be denied to anyone, reflecting Tehran’s rejection of unilateral actions that undermine regional harmony.

This latest exchange comes amid heightened tensions between Iran and Western powers, particularly the United States and Israel, who have frequently clashed over Iran’s nuclear program and regional influence. The IRGC’s assertive response signals Tehran’s unwillingness to be sidelined in discussions about the Middle East’s future and serves as a reminder of the complex and volatile nature of the ongoing conflict.
