Sourav Ganguly has rejoined the Delhi Capitals as the team’s coach for the Indian Premier League (IPL). This marks a return to the franchise where he has previously contributed in a coaching capacity. Ganguly, a former Indian cricket captain, brings extensive experience both as a player and mentor to the team.
The Delhi Capitals have been one of the competitive sides in the IPL, and Ganguly’s appointment is expected to strengthen their strategic and leadership framework. His familiarity with the team dynamics and IPL environment positions him well to guide the squad through the tournament.
This coaching role is significant as it highlights Ganguly’s continued involvement in high-profile cricket beyond his playing career. His leadership could impact the Capitals’ performance and influence the development of younger players within the franchise.
