Tesla Expands Saudi Presence with New Jeddah Auto Mall Centre

Tesla has strengthened its foothold in the Middle East by inaugurating its second hub in Saudi Arabia, situated at the Jeddah Auto Mall. This development comes as part of the electric vehicle manufacturer’s rapid expansion following its successful entry into the Kingdom last year, reflecting the region’s increasing shift towards sustainable transportation solutions.

By launching a physical centre in Saudi Arabia’s second-largest city, Tesla aims to offer a full range of services including sales, maintenance, and vehicle delivery. This move targets a customer base that is progressively moving away from conventional internal combustion engines in favor of electric alternatives.

Notably, this expansion aligns closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which emphasizes economic diversification alongside environmental sustainability. Tesla’s presence supports the Kingdom’s ambition to foster a greener future by promoting electric mobility.

Since opening its first location at Bujairi Terrace on April 10, 2025, followed by the Riyadh centre in June, Tesla has experienced a significant rise in demand for its popular Model 3 and Model Y vehicles. The new Jeddah facility is expected to enhance the ownership experience for customers in the Hejaz region, further integrating high-performance electric vehicles into the Saudi market.

Ultimately, Tesla’s expansion contributes to national efforts aimed at reducing carbon emissions across the Arabian Peninsula, reinforcing the company’s role in the Kingdom’s sustainable transformation.
