The flight, TK-710, had departed from Istanbul and was scheduled to arrive at Islamabad International Airport at 3:35 pm Pakistan Standard Time. Upon detecting the signal failure, the pilot requested diversion to the nearest safe airport, following instructions from air traffic control.
In a significant development, the aircraft landed safely in Baku, where all passengers and crew disembarked without injury. They were then escorted to the airport terminal and provided with necessary assistance.
