    DPM Ishaq Dar and OYAK CEO Explore Expansion of Pakistan-Turkiye Economic Relations

    Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a significant meeting with Murat Yalçıntaş, the General Manager and CEO of OYAK, along with his delegation, during the Pakistan-Turkiye Business Conference. This high-level discussion focused on deepening economic ties and exploring new opportunities for collaboration between the two countries.

    During the talks, both parties expressed a strong commitment to broadening investment prospects and strengthening industrial partnerships. The OYAK leadership conveyed their admiration for Pakistan’s recent economic growth and development, signaling a keen interest in increasing their investments within the country’s expanding market.

    In a notable development, the meeting also included key Pakistani government officials such as the Maritime Affairs Minister, Energy Minister, Petroleum Minister, Privatisation Minister, IT Minister, and Pakistan’s Ambassador. Their presence underscored the importance of this dialogue in fostering a strategic economic alliance between Pakistan and Turkiye.

    As Pakistan continues to pursue economic diversification and industrial growth, this engagement with OYAK represents a promising step toward enhanced bilateral cooperation. Both sides are optimistic that these discussions will pave the way for sustained investment and mutually beneficial projects, reinforcing the long-standing partnership between the two nations.
