The match took place in Kakamigahara, Japan, where the tournament is scheduled to run until June 6.
From the beginning, Pakistan dominated the game, scoring an early goal and maintaining sustained pressure to secure a comfortable win. Usman broke the deadlock in the sixth minute, giving Pakistan an early lead. Shortly after, Adeel extended the advantage with a well-executed strike in the 11th minute. The victory was sealed by Yaseen’s goal in the 56th minute, capping off a commanding performance by the team.
Pakistan’s defensive line, including their goalkeeper, played a crucial role by keeping China from scoring throughout the match. Notably, Asnan was awarded “Man of the Match” for his exceptional contribution in both offensive plays and build-up phases.
This win provides Pakistan with a strong foundation as they aim to progress from the group stage with confidence. Their next group match is set against Malaysia on Saturday, followed by a game versus Bangladesh on June 3.
