ISLAMABAD: Pakistan marked the first anniversary of its victory during the Marka-e-Haq operation, launched in response to India’s policy-driven false flag operation in May 2025. A commemorative event was held in the capital, featuring the launch of a new book titled “The Battle of Truth.”
The ceremony saw participation from prominent figures across both civil and military leadership. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif and Information Minister Attahullah Tarar represented the civilian side, while Lieutenant General Aamer Riaz, HI(M), (Retd), and other senior military officials attended from the armed forces.
Speakers at the event provided a detailed account of the operation carried out in retaliation to India’s false flag attack. The discussions highlighted Pakistan’s resilience and steadfastness during the Indian strikes on its territory.
In a significant development, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif emphasized that following the operation, Pakistan has enhanced its diplomatic standing, military strength, and global influence. Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Aamer Riaz reminded the nation of India’s failed false flag attempt, affirming that India’s defeat in Marka-e-Haq was decisive and just.
