Pakistan’s Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu stated on Saturday that the adversary was taken aback by the country’s military strength and expertise during the May conflict. Speaking as the chief guest at the passing-out parade of the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, he emphasized the global attention Pakistan’s military operations “Maarka-e-Haq” and “Bunyan-um-Marsoos” received.

He noted that the Pakistan Army’s strategic approach was observed worldwide, while the Pakistan Air Force not only successfully downed enemy aircraft but also achieved historic milestones. Sidhu commended both political and military leadership for their dedication to fostering peace on the international stage, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to resolving disputes through dialogue.

In a significant development, the air chief warned that any hostile action against Pakistan would provoke a strong and decisive retaliation. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s continued support for the Kashmiris in Indian-administered Kashmir, highlighting the country’s stance on the issue.

Addressing the cadets, Sidhu reminded them that their primary duty is to safeguard the nation’s security. The passing-out parade included cadets from the 153rd PMA Long Course, 38th Technical Graduate Course, 72nd Integrated Course, 15th Mujahid Course, and 27th Lady Cadet Course, marking the commissioning of new officers into Pakistan’s armed forces.

The ceremony reflected a renewed focus on operational preparedness and professional training, preparing the future leadership of the military to face emerging challenges effectively.
