American supermodel Gigi Hadid has publicly addressed her name appearing in documents linked to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. After her and her sister Bella Hadid’s names surfaced in files released by the U.S. Department of Justice, Gigi expressed strong disapproval of the associations, describing them as “unsettling” and firmly denying any personal connection to Epstein.
The documents include a December 2015 email exchange where an unidentified person inquired about the sisters’ modeling careers and financial success, asking, “How did the Hadid sisters become models and make so much money?” Epstein’s response was reportedly, “I don’t understand.” When the individual speculated that their father might have paid the agency, Epstein dismissed the idea, stating, “No, they just follow directions; it’s simple.”
Reacting to criticism from social media users, Gigi revealed that reading about herself in this context had “shattered her heart.” She explained her initial silence by saying, “Reading about someone you’ve never met, and especially in this context, is incredibly terrifying.”
In a significant development within the fashion world, NFL star Travis Kelce was recently announced as the newest global brand ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger. Notably, Gigi Hadid expressed her excitement over this collaboration by commenting enthusiastically on Tommy Hilfiger’s official Instagram post, writing, “Yess boys !!!!!” to celebrate both Kelce and the iconic designer.
