Hajj 2026: Ministry Rolls Out Unified Training and Vaccination Program

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has taken significant steps to streamline preparations for Hajj 2026 by introducing an integrated “one-stop” system that combines training, vaccinations, and medicine distribution for pilgrims. This initiative aims to simplify the process and ensure that all government-sponsored pilgrims are adequately prepared for the pilgrimage. The program will be implemented simultaneously across 10 designated Hajj camps throughout the country, commencing on April 8.

Participation in these camps is mandatory for all pilgrims who have been sponsored by the government, emphasizing the importance of compliance with the established schedule. The Ministry has coordinated the entire process through the Pak Hajj mobile application, which outlines the timetable for both training sessions and vaccination appointments. Pilgrims are required to attend both components as part of their preparation.

During the sessions, pilgrims must bring essential documents including their Hajj tickets, Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), and complete personal information. The Ministry has explicitly instructed attendees to carry their original ID cards along with a printed computerized bank receipt as proof of payment. This documentation is crucial for verification and smooth processing at the camps.

In a notable addition to the service, special bank counters will be established within the training camps to assist pilgrims in exchanging currency, facilitating their financial transactions ahead of the pilgrimage. This comprehensive approach reflects the Ministry’s commitment to providing a hassle-free and efficient experience for Hajj participants, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed in a timely and organized manner.
