In a statement on social media, the Prime Minister confirmed that Pakistan is maintaining close communication with Emirati authorities to provide necessary assistance to its citizens affected by the incident. He extended prayers for the speedy recovery of those injured.
Reports indicate that at least three Pakistani nationals sustained injuries when debris from a drone or intercepted projectile fell near the port area. The UAE authorities have not reported any significant damage so far, and investigations into the cause and circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
