At least four individuals died and six others sustained injuries, three of them in critical condition, in several accidents across Karachi. The city’s ongoing traffic hazards continue to result in tragic losses.

In one incident near Korangi’s Bilal Chowrangi, a water tanker collided with a motorcycle, fatally injuring a young girl and seriously wounding her father. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital. The father, speaking at the medical facility, described his daughter as a devoted student and a key support for their family. Following the accident, an enraged crowd reportedly assaulted the tanker driver before handing him over to law enforcement authorities.

Meanwhile, another accident involved a trailer crashing into a vehicle, which caused one death and left five others injured. Rescue teams confirmed that three of the injured are in critical condition and are currently receiving medical care at a local hospital.

In a significant development, rescue officials also verified that two girls, Areeba and Nimra, succumbed to injuries sustained in a vehicle fire near Karachi’s Khudadad Colony two days prior. This fire incident left nine other people injured.
