Heena revealed that she opted for lip fillers to enhance the volume of her naturally thin lips, a procedure she underwent four years ago.
In a significant development, she mentioned that the producer of “Tark E Wafa” had instructed her not to undergo any additional cosmetic work during the filming to maintain the character’s specific appearance. “I haven’t had any further facial cosmetic procedures since then,” she confirmed.
Heena also reflected on her early start in the industry, sharing that her parents had set a condition for her to marry before pursuing her ambitions. “I got married young because I wanted to be an actress,” she said, emphasizing the personal sacrifices she made to follow her professional dreams.
