The National Savings Centre has officially released the results of the Rs200 prize bond draw conducted in Faisalabad this March. The top prize of Rs750,000 was awarded to the holder of bond number 591284, marking a significant win for the lucky investor. This announcement brings excitement to prize bond participants nationwide, as the draw is part of a well-established system that encourages savings through periodic prize distributions.

In addition to the grand prize winner, five bondholders each received the second prize of Rs250,000. The winning bond numbers for this tier were 293000, 811470, 721418, 473127, and 659859. These substantial rewards highlight the attractive nature of prize bonds as a saving instrument, offering both security and the chance to win sizeable cash prizes. Moreover, a large number of participants were successful in securing the third prize, each receiving Rs1,250, which adds to the overall appeal of this government-backed savings scheme.

The Rs200 prize bond draws form a crucial part of the regular series issued by the State Bank of Pakistan, designed to promote savings among the public while providing periodic opportunities to win cash prizes. These draws are held at various locations across the country, ensuring widespread participation and accessibility. Looking ahead, the next Rs200 prize bond draws are scheduled to take place in Karachi on June 15, Muzaffarabad on September 15, and Peshawar on December 15, allowing bondholders to continue their engagement with the program throughout the year.

Beyond the Rs200 category, the State Bank has also outlined the schedule for other prize bond draws in 2026. The Rs750 prize bond draws will be held in Quetta on April 15, Lahore on July 15, and Rawalpindi on October 15. For Rs1,500 prize bonds, the draws are planned for Sialkot on May 15, Faisalabad on August 17, and Hyderabad on November 16. Additionally, Rs100 prize bond draws will take place in Hyderabad on May 15, Multan on August 17, and Faisalabad on November 16. This comprehensive schedule ensures that investors across different denominations have ample opportunities to participate and win.

Furthermore, premium prize bond draws are also part of the 2026 calendar. The Rs40,000 bonds will be drawn in Rawalpindi on March 10, Muzaffarabad on June 10, Sialkot on September 10, and Lahore on December 10. Similarly, Rs25,000 bond draws are set for Multan on March 10, Peshawar on June 10, Quetta on September 10, and Karachi on December 10. These premium bonds offer higher stakes and attract investors looking for larger prize opportunities.

Officials have emphasized that in the event any scheduled draw date coincides with a public holiday, the draw will be postponed to the next working day to ensure smooth conduct and transparency. This careful planning reflects the commitment of the authorities to maintain the integrity and reliability of the prize bond system, which continues to be a popular savings vehicle among Pakistanis nationwide.
