Upon doing so, they will receive a six-digit verification code from the bank, which must be shown to the agent to proceed with the verification. The cash can then be collected from nearby agents affiliated with HBL Konnect, UBL Omni, or Alfa Pay, which are widely accessible across Punjab.
During the final step, recipients undergo biometric verification through a thumbprint scan to ensure the funds are handed over to the rightful person. Once the transaction is complete, a confirmation message is sent to the beneficiary’s mobile number, providing an additional layer of transparency and security.
