Pakistan Army Launches Operation Ghazab lil-Haq, Destroys 50 Taliban Posts Along Border

The Pakistan Army has intensified its efforts to curb cross-border terrorism by launching a large-scale military offensive named Operation Ghazab lil-Haq. This operation targeted militant strongholds along the volatile Pakistan-Afghanistan border, successfully dismantling around 50 posts used by various terrorist groups, including the Afghan Taliban, Fitna al-Khawarij, and Fitna al-Hindustan. The operation reflects the military’s ongoing commitment to securing the nation’s frontiers and eliminating threats to peace and stability.

During the night spanning March 3 to 4, Pakistani forces employed heavy artillery and precision strikes to neutralize multiple hideouts that had been serving as launchpads for cross-border terrorist activities. The offensive was carried out in several key sectors such as Qila Saifullah, Chaman, Sambaza, Ghadwana, Jani, and Ghaznali. These areas have long been identified as critical hubs where militants plan and coordinate attacks against Pakistan, making their clearance a strategic priority for the military.

Security officials highlighted that the operation inflicted substantial damage on the militants’ infrastructure and caused significant casualties, although exact numbers have not been disclosed. The destruction of these posts disrupts the operational capabilities of the insurgent groups and sends a strong message about Pakistan’s resolve to defend its sovereignty. The military’s use of advanced weaponry and coordinated tactics ensured the success of the mission while minimizing risks to its personnel.

It is important to note that Operation Ghazab lil-Haq is part of a broader counterterrorism strategy aimed at stabilizing the border regions, which have historically been vulnerable to militant infiltration and violence. The Pakistan Army has repeatedly emphasized its dedication to protecting citizens from terrorist threats and maintaining law and order in these sensitive areas. This operation underscores the continued vigilance and proactive measures taken by the armed forces to secure the country’s frontiers.

Moving forward, the military has pledged to sustain these operations until all designated objectives are fully accomplished, ensuring that militant networks are dismantled and cross-border terrorism is effectively curtailed. The success of Operation Ghazab lil-Haq marks a significant milestone in Pakistan’s ongoing fight against terrorism and highlights the critical role of the armed forces in safeguarding national security.
