    Algerian President Considers Death Penalty for Forest Fire Arsonists

    Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has taken a firm stance against those responsible for the recent devastating wildfires, which have engulfed large areas of the country. With more than 100 forest fires reported, the president has not ruled out the possibility of deliberate arson contributing to the crisis.
