Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has expressed his appreciation for the people of Balochistan, highlighting their vital support and cooperation with security forces. He emphasized that the partnership between the public and law enforcement agencies is essential for achieving enduring peace and stability in the province.
These remarks were made during a meeting with attendees of the 20th National Workshop Balochistan. Addressing the participants, the army chief affirmed that security forces, bolstered by ongoing public backing, remain dedicated to eradicating terrorism and restoring tranquility in the region.
In a significant development, Field Marshal Munir confirmed that operations targeting Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan will persist. He underscored Pakistan’s firm determination to eliminate terrorism and its supporters without compromise.
The field marshal pointed out that foreign-backed proxies have sought to destabilize Balochistan, but their efforts will be thwarted by decisive actions from the Pakistan Armed Forces. He reiterated the country’s commitment to dismantling terrorist networks and their infrastructure, assuring that the terrorists’ goals will never be realized.
Notably, Munir also acknowledged the contributions of civil society, educational institutions, media, and youth in fostering peace and development. He described Balochistan as Pakistan’s pride and praised its people as the province’s greatest asset.
Meanwhile, the workshop participants reaffirmed their dedication to Pakistan’s stability, progress, and sovereignty, reinforcing a collective resolve to support national unity and security.
