The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has revamped its Administrative Committee, appointing Justice Inam Amin Minhas in place of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, as per an official notification issued by the court.
Approved by Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and released by the IHC Registrar, the notice confirmed that Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir is no longer part of the committee. Meanwhile, Chief Justice Dogar will continue to lead the Administrative Committee in his capacity as its head.
Alongside Justice Inam Amin Minhas, Justices Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Azam Khan remain members of the committee. The notification did not provide any explanation for the alteration in the committee’s composition.
The Administrative Committee holds the responsibility for key administrative decisions concerning the Islamabad High Court’s operations. Its duties encompass supervising the court’s administrative affairs and exercising authority over various institutional and operational issues, following the court’s established rules and procedures.
