Muzaffarabad witnessed a grand and emotionally charged event on Wednesday as the nation commemorated the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq. This ceremony was part of a series of nationwide observances that showcased a strong sense of patriotism and national solidarity.

A large crowd gathered at the venue, creating an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and devotion. The event included the screening of a documentary that highlighted Pakistan’s achievements in Marka-e-Haq against India, while also portraying the hardships endured by innocent Kashmiris. The documentary deeply moved many attendees, leaving a lasting emotional impression.

The gathering resonated with powerful chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Army Zindabad,” as participants honored the sacrifices and bravery of martyrs and veterans. The tribute underscored the nation’s respect and gratitude toward its armed forces.

Adding vibrancy to the occasion, renowned artists such as Aima Baig and Ali Zafar performed national and patriotic songs. Their performances, along with those of other singers, energized the crowd. Children contributed cultural tableaus and performances inspired by Kashmiri traditions, enriching the event’s spirit of unity and celebration.

Other notable performers included Natasha Khan and Dr. Abdul Basit, who delivered stirring renditions of national songs that were warmly embraced by the audience. Their musical contributions further elevated the patriotic mood of the ceremony.

The event concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s peace, stability, and prosperity. Students and attendees paid heartfelt tributes to the armed forces, expressing pride in the success of Marka-e-Haq and reaffirming their unwavering support for the country through spirited slogans.
